Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager – Home Loans, the role holder will drive mortgage and home loans growth through sales, service, and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities
- Aggressively grow mortgages and home loans portfolio through new accounts and retention.
- Develop relationships with key partners to maximize sales potential.
- Coordinate customer engagement activities (onsite/offsite) and conduct site visits.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
- Compile monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports.
- Assess credit requests in line with bank policies and recommend actions.
Qualifications & Skills
- University degree.
- 3+ years of banking experience in sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of home loans/mortgage sector.
- Advanced computer and statistical skills.
