Goodman International Ltd is a leading Pharmaceutical Company based in Kampala – Uganda, dealing in Importation and Distribution of Human and Veterinary Medicines, Surgical products & Nutrition Formula’s. The company is an Agent & Local Technical Representative (LTR) for Several Manufacturers from Europe and Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement result-oriented marketing strategies to meet company targets.
- Expand market reach for company products across Uganda.
- Routinely secure orders from customers and monitor stock levels.
- Educate customers on new products and sales strategies.
- Promote products in Uganda and beyond to ensure profitable growth.
- Document customer challenges and provide timely feedback.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Propose marketing strategies for discussion with management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in any Medical Field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 year experience in promotion & marketing of similar products.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in sales reports, designing, and presentations.
- Must possess a valid motorcycle riding permit.
- Age below 30 years; resident of Central Region/Kampala.
- Fluent in English and local languages.
