Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide agronomy support to farmers
- Guide customers on inputs, crops, and best practices
- Support sales activities and field trainings

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field
- Understanding of crop management & farm practices
- Basic skills in diagnosis, treatment & willingness to learn
- Passion for the outdoors and field demonstrations
