Job Summary

Manage a portfolio of Public Sector clients by driving business growth through referrals, selling Institutional Banking products, and cross-selling other services. Proactively prospect new customers, deepen existing relationships, and provide strategic advice to enhance client value.

Key Responsibilities

• Retain/grow client base by offering core banking products (assets, liabilities, earnings).
• Develop strategies for client penetration via calls, visits, and needs assessments.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
• Structure financing proposals, analyze financials, and negotiate facility terms.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Professional certification in banking, finance, or marketing.
• 7 years’ banking experience (4+ in Middle Management/Public Sector).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
