About US ⇒
Transform African Ministries is an NGO whose main existence is to empower
individuals to actively and creatively engage their communities for
transformation in Jesus’ name. And this transformation is in three aspects
that is; economic transformation, social transformation and spiritual
transformation. In order to fulfill the spiritual aspect, TAM and THE CITY
CHURCH LUZIRA work hand in hand to ensure real spiritual transformation.
Applications are invited from Born again Christian professionals with proven
integrity in personal and public life to fill a vacancy in Transform African
Ministries/ The City Church Luzira.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
⇗ Providing the organization with the tools, techniques and skills necessary
to initiate and manage a scope of work through to a successful conclusion.
⇗ Coordinate the financial planning and budgeting process for the
organization.
⇗ Process financial transactions including payments, income receipts tithes,
offertory and other church incomes and ensure proper accountability for all
organization funds.
⇗ Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
⇗ Ensure that transaction documents are properly supported and kept in an
appropriate filing system.
⇗ Managing petty cash
⇗ Responsible for the maintenance and update of the asset register.
⇗ Provide leadership in the procurement and proper management of the
organization’s assets
⇗ Establish and manage procedures for systems reviews, internal and external
audits

Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The ideal candidate must hold a Degree in Business Administration,
Accounting & Finance, B.Com and other finance related courses.
⇗ MUST possess computer knowledge in Microsoft Office packages especially MS
Word, Excel and Access. Knowledge in Quick books will be an added advantage.
⇗ Has proven relationship with Jesus Christ and a conviction about being
called into church ministry.
⇗ Able to work under minimal supervision.
⇗ Excellent interpersonal skills, team work skills and willingness to learn.
⇗ Previous working experience is desirable especially in an NGO or church
environment. Skills in project planning and management will be an added
advantage
⇗ MUST be willing to relocate to Luzira or any surrounding areas.
