Solicitors, Legal Consultants, Legal Investment and Tax Consultants,
Commissioners for Oaths, Trademark and Patent Agents, Receivers, Liquidators,
General insolvency practitioners and Company secretaries.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The applicant for the Firm Accountant job must hold relevant qualifications
in Accounts or Business Administration
⇗ Successful completion of Level 3 of CPA
⇗ A minimum of three years of experience with a reputable organization or
busy law firm.
⇗ Knowledge of URA Returns is a must, i.e. preparing accounts and tax returns
⇗ Knowledge of e-INVOINCING EFRIS
⇗ Controlling income and expenditure
⇗ Auditing financial information
⇗ Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, commentaries and financial
statements
⇗ Analyzing accounts
⇗ Providing tax planning services with reference to current legislation
⇗ Financial forecasting and risk analysis
