About US ⇒
The Uganda Development Corporation UDC was set up by the Uganda Development
Corporation Act 2016 as the investment arm of Government with the primary
objective of facilitating industrial and economic development of the country.
This objective is met through; establishment of subsidiary and associated
companies, entering into public private partnerships with any commercial,
industrial or agricultural undertaking or enterprises, assisting in financing
and management of undertakings promoting industrial or economic development;
and promoting and facilitating research into industrial development.
Job Summary ⇒ The Senior Public Relations Officer will support the
Corporation in developing/ or implementing the corporate public relations
strategy geared to adequate communication and proactive engagement with
partners to foster the visibility, good image and support towards
implementation of the corporation’s mandate

Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The applicant must hold an Honors degree in Mass Communication, Public
Relations, Education or any other related courses from a recognized
university/institution
⇗ A minimum of a Post Graduate diploma in Public Relations/mass communication
working experience
⇗ A minimum of four 4 years working experience, three 2 of which should
have been at senior public relations/ communication officer level in a
reputable organization
⇗ Membership to a relevant association is an added advantage
⇗ Age Below 54 years
