Essential Requirements for Advocates/Law Firms
Approved law firm of Advocates by the law council.
Enrolled Advocates for the firm with valid practicing licenses.
The Law Firm and Advocates should have minimum 5 years’ experience in rendering financial services.
The Law Firm and Advocates should be undoubted legal acumen and of unblemished integrity and has not been depanelled from any other Bank/Financial Institution.
The Law Firm and Advocates should have empanelment of other banks/financial institutions and should possess experience of handling banking matters.
The Law firm should possess a professional indemnity cover.
Desirables for Law Firms/ Advocates
Conversant with the laws governing financial institutions.
Conversant with the Tax laws. Dispute settlement in commercial and Arbitration matters.

Necessary Documents Required for Law Firms/Advocates
Certificate of approval of chambers
Practicing certificates of Advocates
Professional indemnity policy
Letter of recommendation from other Banks/financial institutions
Copy of the National ID and CRB report of the Advocates.

Registered with and licensed to practice by The Surveyors Registration Board.
Enrolment of Valuers/Surveyors/Firms/Affiliates with the appropriate recognized bodies.
The Valuers/Surveyors should have minimum 5 years’ experience in rendering valuation services. The Valuers/Surveyors should be undoubted legal acumen and of unblemished integrity and has not been depanelled from any other Bank/Financial Institution.
The Valuers/Surveyors should be in the panel of other banks/ financial institutions and should possess experience of dealing with financial institutions.
The Valuers/Surveyors should possess a professional indemnity cover.
The Valuers/Surveyors should be able and show capacity to provide the services throughout all parts of the country.
Desirables for Valuers/Surveyors
Conversant in Valuation/Surveying Building/Real Estate/Agri Farm/Plant & Machinery etc.
Compliant with the appropriate laws of the land.
Necessary Documents Required for Valuers/Surveyors
Copy of Degree Certificates of Technical knowledge/Professional Qualification.
Practice Certificates.
Identity Card Issued by Regulators/Authorised Agencies.
Certificate of Good Conduct issued by Interpol.
Reference Letter from 2 existing clients to whom the firm is providing their services.
Professional Indemnity policy
Letter of recommendation from other Banks/ financial institutions.

Tax clearance certificate
Latest return filed with ROC in case of company
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
