About the Organization
Cafe Africa Uganda (CAU) and the International Women’s Coffee Alliance (IWCA) Uganda Chapter are seeking qualified and passionate individuals to support the implementation of the Empowering Young Women Entrepreneurs in Agriculture Stimulated by Coffee (EYE-C) programme.
The EYE-C programme, funded by the Mastercard Foundation, is being implemented by a consortium comprising aBi Development Ltd, Cafe Africa Uganda, and IWCA Uganda Chapter. The programme aims to empower over 300,000 young women to create and add value within Uganda’s agricultural value chains, particularly in coffee by providing them with the skills, resources and support to thrive as entrepreneurs and employees, thereby ensuring their sustained, dignified participation in the sector where their contributions drive sector growth.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and at least 3 years of driving experience in an NGO or development setting.
