Job Summary

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for technology and a talent for building strong client relationships? Black Knight Africa, a managed services provider in Kampala, is seeking a motivated Corporate Sales Executive to join our team. As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business, driving growth by selling our suite of managed services.

Your primary focus will be on our managed Microsoft Email Hosting solutions on Office.com and Office 365, as well as our digital marketing management and website design and management services. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with key decision-makers in corporate companies, law firms, and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and corporate companies that may need the services across Uganda. We are looking for a proactive individual who can effectively communicate the value of our solutions and close new business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with our technical and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT or managed services sector.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and email hosting solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A hunter mentality with a passion for new business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is an added advantage.

Compensation

We have structured the services differently but minimum pay is 1 million UGX for every 10 clients that are signed onto the services.
