Job Summary ⇒ The Assistant Warehouse Manager will manage all aspects of
the ware-house such as Receiving of Stock, Dispatching Stock and Storing of
Stock by following the company store management procedures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities ⇒
⇗ Daily Inventory Dash Board Report
⇗ Responsible for the warehouse stock security and accountability.
⇗ In-charge for periodical inventory verifications & physical stock checks.
⇗ Verifying credit note with physical return stock and timely process.
⇗ Timely delivery of goods to customers in 24 hrs. with accuracy.
⇗ Monitor and follow up on POD
⇗ Offloading containers within period to avoid demurrages.
⇗ Ensured all the documentation such as Bin card, GRN & way bill is prepared
accurately in time to facilitate the smooth operation.
⇗ Offloading containers within period to avoid demurrages.
⇗ Proper maintenance of the warehouse premises.
⇗ Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area.
⇗ Produce regular stocks reports and daily stocks positions.
⇗ Monitoring of stock arrangements as per FEFO method and issuing accordingly
to customers.
⇗ Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The applicant must hold a Bachelors’ degree in Supply Chain Management or
equivalent course from any of recognized university
⇗ At least three 3 + years’ experience in a similar role familiarity with
pharma products, or Pharmaceutical companies is a must
⇗ Experience in computer packages such ERP, oracles and Microsoft packages eg
Excel, Ms word
