Job Summary The Records Assistant will support the day to day activities in the registry
 
Key Duties and Responsibilities 
Take files for action;
Retrieve files;
Maintain the file index, diary, out cards and registers;
Shelve put away files;
Maintain file order on the filing cabinets and shelves
Check that action on files is complete


Qualifications, Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma in Library and Information Science or Records and Archives Management or Information Systems or Information Technology from a recognized institution.
Respects and maintains the nature of records and information
Computer literate
Interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to demonstrate, analyze and reporting skills;
Ethics & Integrity;
Proven ability to meet timelines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
