Logistics services, health commodities and medical devices to organizations
that are futuristic.
Job Summary ⇒ The ICT Specialist will maintain the company's IT environment
and network resources, support equipment/asset and inventory management,
Improve the efficiency of IT resource use, implement and monitor the company's
ICT standards, promote user awareness and train users in the use of ICT
resources.

Key Duties and Responsibilities ⇒
⇗ Manage the installation, configuration and customization of IT systems ensuring compliance with BLL's IT standards, guidelines and procedures.
⇗ Resolve users queries independently, escalating if required, to ensure that standard IT questions are answered, and accurate information is provided.
⇗ Assist in the preparation of materials and the delivery of trainings on automated business processes to ensure efficient and effective use of IT systems.
⇗ Maintain an accurate assets and equipment inventory in accordance with BLL's standard operational procedures and regulations.
⇗ The applicant must hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Networking, or any related field.
⇗ Experience in managing complex networks, and software development is a must.
⇗ Solution oriented with a high sense of attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
⇗ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
