Baylor-Uganda is a private not for profit child health and development
organization providing family-centered pediatric HIV/AIDS prevention, care and
treatment services, health professional training, and clinical research in
Uganda. Baylor College of Medicine Children’s Foundation -Uganda Baylor-
Uganda is an indigenous not-for-profit child health and development
organisation affiliated to the Baylor College of Medicine International
Paediatric AIDS Initiative BIPAI, a Network of paediatric HIV/AIDS care and
treatment Children’s Clinical Centres of Excellence and international program
offices in 11 countries across Africa and Eastern Europe.
Job Summary ⇒ The ICT Coordinator will support the monitoring and
maintenance of computer systems network, software, and/or hardware and the
supervision of IT contracted services in line with IT standards and the
project objectives. This position will support the monitoring and maintenance
of computer systems network, software, and/or hardware and the supervision
of IT contracted services in line with IT standards and the project
objectives. S/he will also design and develop programs that will improve
project delivery, monitoring, and reporting.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The applicant must hold a Master’s degree in Information Systems IS,
Information Technology IT, or related degree, or an equivalent combination
of education and experience.
⇗ Strong understanding of national public health and Health Information
systems DHIS2, OPENMRS, KP TRACKER, OVC TRACKER.
⇗ Proven experience in IT systems development.
⇗ Proven experience in systems analysis and design.
