About US ⇒
The National Curriculum Development Centre NCDC is a corporate autonomous
statutory body/agency under the Ministry of Education and Sports MoE&S
responsible for the development of educational curricula for primary,
secondary and some tertiary institutions in Uganda. Its functions include,
inter alia, initiating processes for curricula research, review and/or reform,
updating, testing and coordinating the implementation of educational curricula
at all levels of learning Primary, Secondary and Tertiary as well as
promulgation of guidance for the implementation of improved educational
curricula and pedagogy.
Key Duties and Responsibilities ⇒
⇗ Open and lock ofce and keep in safe custody all ofce keys.
⇗ Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of ofce premises.
⇗ Protect ofce property while in office premises.
⇗ Cleaning, vacuuming, polishing surfaces of ofce premises, windows,
curtains and washing rooms to create a pleasant work environment tor staff of
the Centre and clients.
⇗ Collecting and taking out trash making sure the offices and pantry are kept
clean all the time.
⇗ Brushing and mopping entrances, stairs and oor stairways to maintain neat
premises.
⇗ Preparing tea, coffee or other beverages and serving them as required and
hygienic maintenance of cups, glasses, plates and all other utensils/ items.
⇗ Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The applicant must hold a Uganda Certicate of Education UCE with a PASS
in English Language
⇗ Age 20-40 years
