Job Summary ⇒ The Branch Store Attendant will handle clerical functions in
the pharmacy as well as in sell, organize medication and serve the customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities ⇒
⇗ Maintain stock as per expiry dates FIFO.
⇗ Ensure that all receipts are received as per SOP and well documented
⇗ Ensure that the store is closed at the end of the day
⇗ Attend to clients and advise them on dosage, drug administration & side
effects.
⇗ Chart drugs sold to patients for monitoring of stock movement
⇗ Document all daily issues in their respectively log books.
⇗ Clean pharmacy equipment and premises as per company policy.
⇗ Attend to customers at the counter.
⇗ Remove goods for customer and dispatch them.
⇗ Organize, remove stock on the shelves as instructed by the Branch manager.
⇗ Offloading and onloading stock as required
⇗ Deliver stocks to customers as required
⇗ Ensure cleanliness of the company premises as per the company policy.
⇗ Ensure that monthly physical stock count of raw and packaging are done and
reconcile
Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ Must have at least attained ‘A’ level certificate.
⇗ Proven working experience of one 1 year in pharma companies in the same
role.
⇗ Excellent handwritten and speaking skills.
⇗ Physically fit.
