Job Summary ⇒ The Operations Officer will provide adequate supervision of
all retail activities and coordinate Mtn activities with Nilecom.

Key Duties and Responsibilities ⇒
⇗ Perform all mobile money related activities
⇗ Register new mobile money agents
⇗ Collection of agent feedback and ensuring proper escalation.
⇗ Manage the delivery of agent first line support.
⇗ Ensure issuing of agent statements on demand.
⇗ Carry out data analysis of Mobile Money Reports.
⇗ Follow up on blocked lines with finance.
⇗ Provide daily commission reports from shops.
⇗ Correspondence & report filing
⇗ Supervise and monitor customer sales representatives.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ Essential Degree or equivalent qualification in business related course.
⇗ Essential Minimum two years of experience in people management.

⇗ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
⇗ Coordination skills.
⇗ Leadership/ Supervision skills.
