The Uganda Development Corporation UDC was set up by the Uganda Development
Corporation Act 2016 as the investment arm of Government with the primary
objective of facilitating industrial and economic development of the country.
This objective is met through; establishment of subsidiary and associated
companies, entering into public private partnerships with any commercial,
industrial or agricultural undertaking or enterprises, assisting in financing
and management of undertakings promoting industrial or economic development;
and promoting and facilitating research into industrial development.
Job Summary ⇒ The Senior Internal Auditor will support the internal Audit
function at UDC through performing individual assurance and consulting
services, as part of the annual internal audit plan, implementing of an
independent and systematic approach which evaluates and improves the
effectiveness of policies, procedures and controls.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The applicant must hold an Honors Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and
Business Administration or Applied Accounting Degree.
⇗ Master’s Degree Preferably MBA is an added advantage.
⇗ Minimum of final stage of any of ACCA or CIA or CPA is required.
⇗ Membership to IIA is compulsory
⇗ Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in similar or related position in
public or private sector in a reputable organization is required
⇗ Age Below 54 years
