With 1.500 staff, Enabel manages about 150 projects in twenty countries, in Belgium, Africa and the Middle East.
 
Key Duties and Responsibilities 
You realize the implementation of the portfolio/intervention by providing input for planning, execution, coordination, and monitoring and evaluation of activities in the area of Sexual and Reproductive Health- in order to ensure that the results of the portfolio/intervention outputs – outcomes are achieved with-in the set execution deadline.
You provide the necessary technical input in the area of Sexual and Reproductive Health in order to contribute to achieve the intervention’s technical performance in accordance with national and international norms and standards.
You contribute to knowledge building and knowledge management in sexual and reproductive health, and contribute to development of capacities of partner entities in order to contribute to the improvement of their organisation, their processes and systems and of their staff’s competences.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience
The applicant must hold a Master’s degree in Population and Reproductive Health, Public Health, Health Management plus other related studies;
A Minimum of five years’ work experience as a Specialist in Reproductive Health;
A Minimum of three years’ work experience in the Public Health Sector;
Experience in working in the Acholi Sub-region is an added advantage

A salary package that comprises the monthly gross salary between UGX 7,000,000 and UGX8,000,000 which is commensurate with experience and in accordance with our salary scales, medical insurance and a 13th Month package paid in December.
