Key Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Creating, curating, and managing all published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcasts).
- Planning and executing paid social media campaigns, including budget management and performance optimization.
- Monitoring, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Engaging with our online community, responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborating with other marketing team members to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaigns.
- Identifying and engaging with influencers and partners to expand our reach.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Officer or similar role.
- Solid understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent content creation skills (visual, written, and video).
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign optimization is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
