Core Objective: Maintain, develop, and grow existing LPG customers through increased sales and strong relationships.

Key Requirement: Sales experience with business acumen and strong negotiation skills.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • To increase sales, profitability, and penetration of Commercial business in identified segments (both B2C and B2B) and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Drive innovations in LPG and how these could be implemented/adapted to develop new applications that adds value to the customers and VE.
  • To ensure implementation and use of LPG CVPs and to develop marketing plans based on local needs and market intelligence.
  • To Manage the distributors, contractors, and any other stakeholder so that they operate as per VE guidelines and policies pertaining to HSSE.
  • To ensure credit performance, HSSE performance, sales, and financials results of packed and bulk LPG also accountable to management of the LPG fittings and other consumables.
  • To actively prospect new business opportunities that contribute to achieving the set sales volume and margin targets.
  • To segment and develop tailor made/specific CVPs for the customer based in a way to optimize offer and deliver on our promises to customers.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Good understanding of marketing and ability to translate plans into action
  • Sales experience with bottom line accountability and results delivery
  • Strong selling and proven competence in negotiation.
  • Motivated and high standard of personal presentation
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Business Acumen and Marketing Spirit
