Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receiving, unpacking and arranging company products
  • Customer Care
  • Assisting customers with product knowledge and Usage
  • Processing customer payments at the checkout point/till
  • Addressing customer complaints and inquiries
  • Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers
  • Cleaning and rearranging the store after hours
  • Monitoring foot traffic
  • Content Creation
  • Selling products and cost management
  • Stock Management
  • Events support
  • Periodic reporting
  • Banking and Money Management
  • Making up customers

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or any related field & FMCG cosmetics industries background is a must
  • Fresh Graduate with makeup skills
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills (able to communicate professionally in written and verbal responses) and negotiation skills
  • Experience in makeup applications

Critical Skills Required

  • Business Acumen: you need to have a quick and strong ability to understand different business models of the potential buyers you will interface with and be able to create, implement, and execute business strategies which should end up with a unique value proposition to generate profitability
  • Relationship building: You need to be a people person and be able create a social connection when you meet potential buyers so to create a basis to influence, close deals, keep a good reputation, and sustain commercial relationships.
  • Adaptability: You must be ready to address any unexpected issues and be proactive. Get creative and be ready to come up with innovative ideas. Thinking outside the box. You must adopt this approach in specific delicate situations and develop new ideas or ways of handling matters.
  • Time management: Can prioritize, delegate, create strategic planning, and be great at problem-solving. This will be ideal in setting priorities that are aligned with your goals but also support internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commitment: You will have to keep a high level of energy, positivity, and a goal-oriented attitude.
