Job Summary

The Officer Mass Personalisation is responsible for personalised engagement and financial planning across different platforms and forums for the mass market.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Analytics Management:

  • Engagement of cohorts according to stage in the customer journey
  • Determine appropriate engagement packages to offer various members, prospects and the public
  • Conduct and record a Financial Needs Assessment for the various targeted mass audiences and determine an engagement plan
  • Determine and share appropriate financial planning tools with the members, prospects, and public to aid the attainment of both their goals and Fund growth goals

Program Management:

  • Participate in the design and tracking of strategic member engagement plans for the section and ensure that they are aligned to the departmental strategy.
  • Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders within and outside the Fund to get input as to the design and delivery of engagement programs, content and products that are relevant to the target audiences.
  • Plan and co-create e-learning, digital and engagement tools for participant enrollment, learning management and engagement.
  • Schedule and facilitate routine mass public education events over relevant channels, media and fora for fund membership.
  • Plan and coordinate action cohorts for the public to engage in different investment opportunities.
  • Schedule programme activities to budget and monitor spend regularly.
  • Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the programs/ initiatives/ tasks.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices nationally and globally, and on Financial planning for the Mass Market.

Mass Personalisation Financial Planning

  • Offer expertise over platforms and fora to the varied financial needs of the mass market under a mass personalised arrangement
  • Update and review technology and content for relevance and appropriateness of the evolving, varied financial needs of the mass market
  • Keep a record of financial advisory and planning engagement for each individual engaged in the mass market
  • Analyse the action journey for the engaged participants

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Relevant Professional qualifications and membership, where applicable, is an added advantage
  • Relevant professional training or certification in digital communications, community engagement, or program management is an added advantage.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience in a role involving audience engagement, community management, or program coordination.
  • At least two (2) years at a supervisory level
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing engagement programs for large and diverse audiences, including the use of digital platforms and influencer networks.
  • Experience in developing and delivering targeted campaigns based on audience data or customer journey insights.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to design and implement impactful outreach initiatives.
  • Familiarity with mass market or community outreach programs is an added advantage
