Key Duties and Responsibilities
⇗ Ensure all HSEQ rules and working instructions are followed
⇗ Ensure all station staff are trained, incidents and accidents at the
station are correctly recorded and actions taken
⇗ Implement the commercial strategy of TOTAL
⇗ Coordinate, develop and supervise the policies of the Network
⇗ Negotiate, validate and follow the commercial objectives, propose a
development plan for the sales area
⇗ Develop a competition watch
⇗ Prospect potential clients, properties and stations for new
development/partnership opportunities
⇗ Develop the card business
⇗ Analyze the economic and commercial performance levels for all the
businesses Fuel, Lubricants, Shops and LPG
⇗ Maintain Territory control record audits for Young Dealer stations,
monthly stock movement, etc.
⇗ Develop and coach the dealers
⇗ Assess Territory stations' training needs and propose the adequate training
plan for all station staff
⇗ Follow customer complaints and develop action plans with the dealers.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The ideal candidate for the TOTAL Retail Territory Executive job placement
must hold a Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics,
Engineering, Statistics, Accounting or related field.
⇗ At least two years post qualifying experience.
⇗ Work experience in retail marketing and sales.
⇗ Computer knowledge and conversant with use of Microsoft packages.
⇗ Should be analytical and with a customer-oriented mindset
⇗ Should posses a valid Driving Licence.
