Divine Bamboo Group Limited is a sustainable, socially responsible forestry and biomass energy social enterprise that promotes propagation and establishment of fast growing local Bamboo explicitly for sale and production of clean charcoal briquettes respectively. Our mission is  to empower people and protect nature with bamboo in Africa.
 
Key Duties and Responsibilities 
Drive social media presence and content development
Develop and implement strategies effective for achieving sales and marketing objectives.
Set and enforce policies and procedures necessary for conducting sales and marketing operations.
Oversee the design and publication of advert materials to ensure the right message is passed to the target market.
Prepare and present to management periodic reports on sales and marketing activities.
Develop and implement action plans necessary to enhance the public perception and image of a company.
Establish sales targets and assign sales quotas to sales teams
Prepare and submit sales and marketing budgets to management for review and approval
Maintain contact with clients to assist them with post-sales services and help resolve issues or complaints.
Conduct price negotiations with clients on behalf of a company to strike a profitable bargain.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience
The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, economics, or other related business disciplines.
At least 4 years’ experience in the field of sales and marketing, preferably as a marketing officer
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
MBA added advantage
Communication Skills
Negotiation Skills
Teamwork Skills
Past experience using diverse social media channels to drive key messages to different stakeholders
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Tech-savvy
