Job Summary
We are on the lookout for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Experience – Vehicles Department. If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and growing your career, we want you on our team!
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle customer and staff inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Educate current and potential customers about product and service offerings. Make and receive calls as assigned by the designated supervisor.
- Accurately update communication logs for every customer interaction.
- Actively participate in team meetings, engage in sales activities over the phone, collect payments, and address issues related to tracker functionality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum of three months of experience in a call centre environment.
- Excellent proficiency in computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrated integrity, strong work ethic, and a proactive, positive attitude.
