Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and deploy enterprise networks (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN)
- Configure and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, access points)
- Optimize network performance through continuous monitoring
- Integrate and support VoIP, CCTV, and other connected systems
- Provide advanced technical support (Level 2/3 troubleshooting)
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related field
Certifications
Professional certifications (CCNA/CCNP preferred)
Technical Expertise
- Network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Routing/switching technologies
- VPN and security implementations
Hands-on Experience With
- Cisco, MikroTik, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, and HP equipment
- Enterprise network design and load balancing
