Job Summary
The quality analyst is responsible for promoting an environment of Continuous improvement in line with MOGO call centre performance standards through monitoring and evaluating communication to and from clients (calls, emails, chats) to drive adherence to MOGO policies and compliance to standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide positive leadership, guidance, coaching and mentoring to the hard collections call center team to achieve individual, team and departmental quality objectives.
- Promote Continuous improvement through mystery calling, compliance checks, live listening, and real-time feedback.
- Develop and implement special projects/initiatives and process changes.
- Conduct call calibration sessions and track QA corrective action requests.
- Organize cross-training and supervise trend reports for customer satisfaction.
- Support team leaders in queue monitoring and floor productivity management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 8 months in Call Centre environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong report-writing abilities.
- High integrity, problem-solving skills, and customer-focused approach.
