Job Summary
The Senior Operations Specialist will drive key operational pillars in Uganda — Marketplace Performance, Rider Growth, Driver Growth, and Driver Engagement. This hands-on role combines analytics, commercial instinct, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and act on metrics like ETA, Search Coverage, Surge, and Finish Rate
- Lead weekly performance reviews and improvement initiatives
- Drive growth in Scheduled Rides, Bolt Send, and High-Value Categories
- Manage scout activations and monthly supply targets
- Organize driver engagement events (roundtables, boosters)
- Implement training programs to enhance driver retention
Requirements
- 4–7 years in operations, logistics, or mobility/marketplace businesses
- Strong analytical skills (Excel/Sheets, dashboards)
- Proactive problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity
- Excellent communication with field teams and stakeholders
- Passion for mobility and improving rider/driver experiences
- Uganda market experience preferred but not mandatory
