Job Summary
As an Interviewer, you will be responsible for collecting accurate, high-quality data from respondents through face-to-face, telephone, or online interviews. Your role is critical in ensuring that research findings truly represent the voices and experiences of the target population.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct structured interviews with respondents according to project requirements and timelines.
- Administer questionnaires accurately and without bias, in compliance with Ipsos quality standards.
- Record responses clearly using provided data collection tools ( tablets, or mobile devices).
- Approach respondents professionally and explain the purpose of the interview.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines for market and social research.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets as assigned by the Field Supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Minimum of Certificate/Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any Field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and any local language.
- Experience in CAPI Data collection through any platform.
- Experience doing Social Research /Health research.
