Job Summary: The People and Culture Officer will oversee recruitment, manage employee relations, organize training and development, and uphold compliance with employment laws.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and hiring
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing issues or grievances
- Identify training needs and organize training programs to enhance employees' skills
- Assist in overseeing the performance management process on a quarterly basis
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
- Work to embed the organization's values and culture throughout the business
- Maintain accurate HR files and records
- Support in the implementation of the Company's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance)
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in corporate Human Resource roles
- Hands-on experience with HRMIS platforms
- Strong skills in People & Communication, HR Operations & Data Handling
