Job Summary ⇒ Our Client, a company duly incorporated in Uganda, and in the
business of facility man agreement, is looking a suitably qualied person to
ll the vacancy of ACCOUNTANT. .
Key Duties and Responsibilities ⇒
⇗ Prepares asset, liability, and capital ac count entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
⇗ Summarizes current nancial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, prot and loss statement, and other reports.
⇗ Maintains accounting controls by pre paring and recommending policies and procedures.
⇗ Reconciles nancial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
⇗ Maintains nancial security by following internal controls.
⇗ Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
⇗ Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
⇗ Supplier and Customer Reconciliation
⇗ Prepare and record all necessary journal entries
⇗ Data compilation for tax purposes
⇗ The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in tax, accounting, or nance CPA or ACCA,
⇗ Experience with nancial reporting requirements,
⇗ Familiar with accounting softwares such as Quickbooks, tally, Freshbooks cloud accounting,
⇗ Accounting
⇗ Reporting Skills
⇗ Deadline-Oriented
⇗ Condentiality
