Job Summary
The Manufacturing Clerk will coordinate production workflows, track inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies. The role reports to the Planning Scheduler.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret production schedules and identify requirements
- Track packaging materials and finished products
- Perform accurate data entry for production records
- Manage digital tax stamp activation (MSD)
- Conduct stock counts and usage reconciliations
- Prepare reports on KPIs, materials usage, and transfers
- Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards
- Report risks to product quality immediately
Qualifications & Competencies
- Diploma in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field
- 2+ years in FMCG planning role
- Proficiency in Excel and MSD module
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Knowledge of compliance, operational excellence
