second factory at Kamonkoli in Mbale

Job Summary ⇒ The Yard Supervisor is responsible for managing the yard in a
way that ensures that all yard inventory is fully accounted for without
compromising customer needs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities ⇒
⇗ Receiving products from QA into the yard. Organizing the yard layout and
ensuring good physical environment.
⇗ Receiving and Serving customers in the yard.
⇗ Processing paperwork and reporting associated with sales and stock control.
⇗ Contribution to the financial reporting process.
⇗ Ensuring quality and safety in the yard.
⇗ Managing the yard team in a manner that empowers them to efficiently
arrange products and deliver excellent customer service.
⇗ To carry out other duties as requested by the Sales and Marketing Support
Accountant.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The applicant must hold a bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business
Administration or related fields majoring in stores management.
⇗ At least three years of experience in store management.
⇗ Computer Literacy skills i.e. proficiency in Excel, Navision
⇗ Good mathematical skills
⇗ Good data entry and analytical skills
⇗ Excellent interpersonal skills
