Job Summary ⇒ The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for procurement
management and logistics issue of KF drilling activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities ⇒
⇗ Review the detailed rules, regulations and procedures of procurement
management of the Drilling & Completions project team.
⇗ Preparation of procurement plans, correspondences, presentations and other
reports for this project team.
⇗ Organize bidding evaluation, participate in negotiation on procurement
contracts and complete evaluation reports.
⇗ Develop contracting strategy with the Project Manager and other procurement
team members.
⇗ Analyze and summarize potential and existing purchasing contracts and
recommend modifications and their implementation.
⇗ Conduct training on purchasing processes for drilling and completion
engineering groups.
⇗ Establish an international logistics network for the drilling campaign,
ensure cargo move smoothly and efficiently.
⇗ Select contractors with other departments and organize the qualification
examination of the contractors.
⇗ Facilitate/coordinate meetings with purchasing, end-users and suppliers.
⇗ Responsible for handling defaults and disputes, and solve any
issues/problems.
⇗ Conduct training on purchasing processes for drilling and completion
engineering groups.
⇗ Establish an international logistics network for the drilling campaign,
ensure cargo move modifications and their implementation.

⇗ Develop on-going logistics forecasts.
⇗ Developing policies and procedures for in country logistics management.
⇗ Support Logistics team with coordination & monitoring of financial budget
activities & projects.
⇗ Analyze existing logistical infrastructure and provide recommendations for
optimization based on operational effectiveness and efficiency.
⇗ Develop concept of support plan and management tools to enable and assess
implementation.
⇗ Other duties as assigned by Project Manager.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree or above in Petroleum
engineering, drilling and completion, mechanical engineering, Electrical
engineering planning, management or the related.
⇗ At least 10 years’ related working experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
⇗ Extensive knowledge of completion operation technology and process.
⇗ Extensive knowledge of laws of oil E&P safety and environmental protection.
⇗ Knowledge of cost control, economic contracts and laws.
⇗ Understanding of petroleum contracts, reservoir, geology and oil
production.
⇗ Extensive knowledge of purchasing policies, methods and procedures and
their use.
⇗ Knowledge of the latest business purchasing management strategies,
purchasing practices, purchasing philosophy, pricing strategies, and price and
cost analysis.
⇗ Knowledge of the marketplace, major suppliers and products, and industry
dynamics/drivers.
⇗ Ability to provide all features, act on information that augments the
customer's ability to realize the potential value to a core product or
service.
⇗ Good understanding of drilling and completion operation in wellsite.
