Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive, based in Kampala. The position involves managing client relationships to enhance customer retention and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include improving customer experience, analyzing client needs, and supporting sales initiatives to achieve business objectives. The executive will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, facilitating effective communication and maintaining long-term relationships.
