Key Responsibilities

Operational & Financial

• Grow market share in Ocean Freight (OFR) and Road Freight (RFR) segments
• Full P&L responsibility for OFR and RFR, ensuring delivery to budget
• Ensure compliance with industry and internal DGF policies
• Develop and implement customer solutions for new accounts
• Monitor profitability of customers, shipments, and tariffs

Team Leadership

• Develop a high-performance service culture
• Plan and organize an efficient functional department
• Develop KPIs, conduct training, and foster employee engagement

Qualifications & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of OFR and RFR products
• 8+ years in logistics (5+ in management)
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS programs
• MA in Business Management or related field
