Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure service quality standards are met.
- Analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Quality & Training Supervisor to implement training and quality enhancement initiatives.
- Drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through actionable insights.
