About the Organization

Marasa Africa is a subsidiary of the Madhvani Group, Uganda operates 7 upscale lodges and one city hotel in East Africa. Some of our hotels include; Aberdare Country Club, Mara Leisure Camp, The Ark, Chobe Safari Lodge, Mweya Safari Lodge, Paraa Safari Lodge and Silverback Lodge. All our lodges are located within National Parks, each with over 50 to 60 guest rooms, swimming pool, health club, conference facilities, business centre, etc.

Job Summary

Oversees all food and beverage operations to ensure excellent guest experiences, profitability, hygiene, and staff motivation.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management;
  • 5 years’ experience in F&B management.
  • Certification in food safety or HACCP.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and menu planning.
