Job Summary

Aspire One Ltd is looking for a Pro-active, Trust-worthy, Hardworking, and Qualified Candidate to join the Company in the position of a HR Officer / Admin Assistant.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Updating and maintaining employee records
  • Support management in the recruitment of staff, production of job descriptions, identifying key competencies for roles
  • Develop and implement specific strategies, policies and processes in each of the following key areas of HR that reflect and support the company’s needs
  • Support in the Recruitment and selection of staff, preparation of Employment contracts, Learning, development and evaluation of staff, Remuneration, compensation and reward
  • Build leadership capacity and develop a high-performing senior management team.
  • Establish and maintain other methods/strategies for measuring necessary aspects of HR development. Monitors, measures and reports on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements.
  • Be an active member of the management team, leading on change and HR management whilst providing a high-level input at strategic and policy levels
  • Partner with management to ensure a seamless adaptation and implementation of human resource transformation and a change management plan that builds the human talent and sustainable capability of the people in line with the company’s strategic plan.
  • Train, motivate and evaluate the company’s personnel performance
  • Introducing and implementing training for staff in goal and objective setting, using SMART methodology
  • Provide support in responding to employee questions regarding interpretation and application of the Aspire One Ltd – Rules and Regulations of Employment policies.
  • Assist the Management Team in maintaining and developing a positive company culture through various systems

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Degree in Business administration, HRM Management or similar
  • At least 2-3 Years’ Experience in a busy Organization
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Should be Smart, Active, Motivated and ready to learn.
  • Should be computer literate with excellent command of Microsoft Office, MS Word, Excel, and Access & Power point.
  • Should be competent with HRMIS (HR Management systems)
  • Any other postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage.
