Job Summary

ASPIRE ONE LTD is looking for a Pro-active, Trust-worthy, Hardworking, and Qualified Candidate to join Noon Hotel Apartments to fill the position of ICT Officer.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Install and configure Computer Hardware, Operating systems and Applications.
• Monitoring, maintaining and updating computer systems and Networks.
• Enterprise System Analysis and Integration of all company systems
• Maintaining high Data Security Measures for all the IT systems in the company
• Technical Support including training End-User Staff on new computer systems and Applications
• Maintaining records of Software licenses
• Website Design, Administration and Maintenance
• Replace parts and software for all office IT equipment
• Provide procedural documentation for new applications
• Setting up new user accounts and handling IT security issues
• Installation and testing of software and computer equipment
• Setting up peripherals (printers, routers, security cameras etc.)
• Research new technologies to improve productivity
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Below age 35 years
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science
• CompTIA /CCNA Certification required
• 3+ years proven experience in similar role
• Experience in Routing, Switching, Networking (added advantage)
• High integrity and confidentiality
• Attention to detail and strong communication
• Customer care skills
• Ability to troubleshoot LAN/WAN problems
• Postgraduate qualifications (added advantage)
