Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Associate to oversee and grow relationships with our high value clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless client experiences from initial sale to final settlements while actively expanding the portfolio through strategic engagement.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage assigned key accounts with professionalism and dedication.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client interactions
- Facilitate the full sales cycle; product presentation, order processing, delivery coordination and payment follow-up.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Identify opportunities to grow account value through upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, transactions and feedback.
- Provide regular reports on account performance and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Undergraduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer relations (FMCG experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Familiarity with supermarkets or wholesale distribution is an advantage.
