Job Summary

ASPIRE ONE LTD is seeking a proactive, trustworthy, hardworking, and qualified candidate to fill the position of Sales & Marketing Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement price/package strategies with the general manager.
• Develop client relationships to maximize revenues and brand awareness.
• Analyze markets and identify new opportunities.
• Optimize online presence and promotions.
• Devise marketing strategies to boost apartment bookings and service sales.
• Submit weekly sales/marketing reports.
• Monitor social media responsiveness.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives (social media, email, content).
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends.
• Seek exposure opportunities via events/media.
• Ensure brand adherence for online/print content.
• Track campaign performance using analytics.
• Oversee PR activities and media relationships.
• Attend trade shows to enhance brand awareness.
• Promote guest services (conference rooms, restaurants, etc.).
• Perform other management-assigned duties.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential:

• Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a busy organization.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Smart, active, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Professional presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

Preferred:

• Additional certifications.
