Marasa Africa is a subsidiary of the Madhvani Group, Uganda operates 7 upscale lodges and one city hotel in East Africa. Some of our hotels include; Aberdare Country Club, Mara Leisure Camp, The Ark, Chobe Safari Lodge, Mweya Safari Lodge, Paraa Safari Lodge and Silverback Lodge. All our lodges are located within National Parks, each with over 50 to 60 guest rooms, swimming pool, health club, conference facilities, business centre, etc.

Job Summary

Leads the guest services team, ensuring warm hospitality and smooth front office operations from check-in to check-out in a luxury lodge environment.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent;
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a luxury lodge or hotel front office.
  • IATA diploma is desirable.
  • Proficiency in PMS systems and guest billing processes;
  • Skilled in guest relations, complaint resolution, and staff supervision.
  • Experience in safari lodge operations or remote tourism environments;
  • Familiarity with multiple reservation channels and OTA platforms.
