HI invites bids from registered suppliers to Participate in the prequalification exercise for the provision of Comprehensive staffs’ medical and GPA insurance.

- Lot 002: Motor vehicle/Motor cycle Insurance (Tender Number: UGA/2025/KAMP/CFT-002)
How to Obtain Tender Documents
Tender Packages with detail of requirement can be Obtained starting on 20th/10/ 2025 by sending a request to this email address: procurement.tenders@uganda.hi.org clearly stating the tender name and the number as the subject of the email.
Submission Details
- Bids/proposal must be Submitted in hard copy to: Humanity & Inclusion – Uganda Head Office: Plot #9, Kimera Close, Naguru, P.O. Box 127861, Kampala, Uganda.
- All tenders should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender name and number.
- Price offer should be in a separate envelope and clearly marked “Financial Bid” and inserted in the main envelope.
Important Notes
- No fee or payment is required to participate in this tender.
- Vendors selection is performed separately from the collection of bids.
- Report any irregularities/Request for fee to HI at report-uganda@uganda.hi.org.
