About Marasa Africa Lodges
Marasa Africa is a subsidiary of the Madhvani Group, Uganda operates 7 upscale lodges and one city hotel in East Africa. Some of our hotels include; Aberdare Country Club, Mara Leisure Camp, The Ark, Chobe Safari Lodge, Mweya Safari Lodge, Paraa Safari Lodge and Silverback Lodge. All our lodges are located within National Parks, each with over 50 to 60 guest rooms, swimming pool, health club, conference facilities, business centre, etc.
Job Summary
Responsible for leading the reservations team in Uganda’s Central Reservations Office (CRO), ensuring efficient operations, driving sales, optimizing revenues, and delivering excellent guest service. The role combines reservations, sales, and revenue management, requiring strong commercial acumen, leadership ability, and deep system knowledge.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Hotel and Tourism Management or related field
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in hotel reservations and revenue management
- Desirable qualification in Revenue or Yield Management; regional or multi-property experience
- Proficient in PMS/CRS systems (preferably ResRequest)
- Skilled in pricing, forecasting, and decision-making
