Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive – Tractors to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the agricultural and transport sectors.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive tractor sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Provide accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 2–3 years of sales experience (preferably in tractors, heavy equipment, or commercial vehicles).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel.
- Valid driving license.
