About NARO
The National Agricultural Research Organization (NARO) is mandated to coordinate, oversee and guide agricultural research in Uganda. The organisation is made up of a Council as its governing Body, a Secretariat for its daily operations, and 16 Public Agricultural Research Institutes (PARIS) under its policy guidance.
Job Summary
To assist the Accountant in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Diploma in Business Studies, majoring in accounting.
- Possession of an Honors Degree in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration majoring in accounting is an added advantage.
- Must have experience of at least three years (3) in a reputable organisation.
- Age Limit: Not more than 40 years.
