Casa Ceramica Ltd was established in Uganda since 2015, headquartered in Kampala plot 78-84 6th street industrial Area Kampala. We are part of the ABC Group. ABC Impex Africa Ltd deals in various products like tiles, sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, accessories and others.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
• Promote products or services, explain offerings, and persuade customers to take action.
• Identify and qualify leads from cold or warm databases.
• Answer incoming calls from customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and customer details in the CRM or calling system.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Confidence and a persuasive speaking style.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
• Patience and the ability to handle rejections professionally.
• Time management and ability to meet calling targets or quotas.
• Female candidates preferred.
