Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner.
• Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, tea, etc.)
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
• Host or co-host video content for social media, website, or promotional campaigns.
• Maintain a confident and friendly on-camera presence.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Excellent communication
• Creative & confident
• Air Hostess background is a plus
